Refund policy

Our jewelries are all specially handcrafted for our customers on a made to order basis. All our jewelries are thoroughly checked for quality and go through an extensive quality check before shipping. Once an order is placed, we cannot offer any exchange or returns.

However, in the event that you receive a product that is not up to your highest expectations such as:

If the order does not match the item in the order confirmation e-mail If there is a genuine manufacturing defect. If you feel that the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect

We would be happy to exchange the jewelry. To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure: 

The request is communicated within same days of receipt of the package The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at arunbidhuri9811@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
