Shipping policy

Domestic:

All orders are shipped within 7 working days and customer will receive it within 14 working days. We offer free standard shipping within India.

We ship through a registered courier company.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package a reasonable number of times before they return it to usIf a product is returned by our delivery partner we are not liable to make a refund for the product and delivery charges will be applicable again for re-delivery.

International:

We ship to all major countries. We charge a flat fee of INR 3000 for shipping internationally.

For orders over INR 40,000, we provide free international shipping.

We attempt to deliver all our international orders within 15-20 working days International shipping time may differ according to the location.

All orders are shipped from our studio in New Delhi using merchant couriers for international orders.
